Sarah Bush grew up dancing to her mom’s Olivia Records so you can imagine how starstruck she was on her first trip with Olivia Travel to be snorkeling in the same bay as Cris Williamson, and how honored to then perform in the 40th Anniversary concert for Cris’ album, The Changer and the Changed. She’s performed on many stages with Olivia artists since that first trip in 1997. In 2017 Olivia Travel invited Sarah Bush Dance Project to perform their Rocked By Women show on the Caribbean Festival at Sea cruise.

In this At Home With Olivia live event, you’ll hear Sarah in conversation with friends and collaborators: Dawn Robinson-Patrick (“Dancer Dawn”), Aarin Burch, and Richelle Donigan. Sarah will be sharing visuals, stories, and insight into a decade of dance-making and they’ll discuss topics including: Women’s Music and Communities, Working Intergenerationally, and COVID and Dancing Outdoors. You’ll also get a sneak peek into the couture fashion of SBDP’s current #sixfootwingspan filmmaking project with the Audubon Society.
