It’s 2020! A year of vision!
SBDP’s 13th season will be a year of both looking deeper into local landscapes and creative process and also looking farther out, taking our work to more places and more people.
A huge “Thank you” to everyone who supported SBDP with a year-end gift! Thank you for your belief in me and all the ways you cheer SBDP and make our work possible. Thank you for this honor, responsibility, and opportunity.
Here are a few things to add to your 2020 calendar:
🗓 Watch the pilot episode of NBC’s Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist and spot some familiar faces and places!
🗓 Jan 24 – Feb 9 — Get tickets now for Dance Brigade’s latest evening-length work Butterfly Effect created and directed by Krissy Keefer. The show runs weekends from Jan 24th to Feb 9th at Dance Mission Theater* in San Francisco. Sarah will be one of the cast of 14 dancers and musicians performing in three distinct immersive worlds of dance, percussion, light, video, poetry, and social commentary.
🗓 March 15 — See a live performance of Un-Changing Nature excerpts and participate in an SBDP This Land workshop along with other activities at the Palo Alto Art Center’s Arbor Day Festival!
🗓 July 2-5 — Buy your tickets now for National Women’s Music Festival in Madison, Wisconsin where you can participate in workshops with and see performances by SBDP and other amazing artists! SBDP will be performing excerpts from Spirit & Bones.
